About Normandy Shores

The Normandy Shores Homeowner's Association (NSHOA) is the entity that serves the homeowners who live in the single family special tax district on Normandy Shores in Miami Beach.

Our community is known for its beautiful surroundings, active-lifestyle amenities and amazing proximity to beautiful beaches, in addition to the cosmopolitan offerings of the greater Miami area.

The NSHOA board members help to organize neighborhood events and gatherings, liaise with Miami Beach city officials to manage our budget and services, and facilitate the provision of services to keep our property and residents safe and secure.

Membership in our HOA is voluntary, and we encourage participation from all of our residents. We are a thriving and friendly community, and endeavor to support the cohesiveness and friendly nature of our wonderful little island.
